In accordance with its' constitutional requirements, the WIARC meets monthly on the first Wednesday of each month, except in January. Meetings are held in Conference Room C of Blessing Hospital, Broadway at 14th Street, Quincy, Illinois. (This is the old St. Mary's Hospital building.) Conference Room C is on the Basement level of the hospital at the rear of the employee cafeteria. Meetings begin at 7:30 PM and are open to all interested parties. Generally, a program follows the regular business meeting.
